Restin melatonin is used to improve sleep quality and morning alertness in patients 55 years of age diagnosed with primary insomnia* with poor quality of sleep. (*Primary insomnia is insomnia without an underlying medical cause or any other clear cause.)
Each tablet contains 2mg modified-release melatonin
For adults 55 years and over: Dose one tablet after food, 1-2 hours before bedtime
