NOMINATIONS have opened for the 2024 Pharmacy of the Year Awards to identify highly motivated and progressive pharmacy practices which stand out in their delivery of innovative and effective healthcare to support their community.
National President of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Trent Twomey, encouraged everyone to nominate their favourite community pharmacy so they are in the running for the award.
"This is an exciting and innovative time for the community pharmacy sector," Twomey said.
"The profession is constantly developing the delivery of advice and services to improve the health of the patients community pharmacies serve.
"Being nominated for the Pharmacy of the Year awards would be a fitting recognition of the commitment pharmacies are making in the evolving healthcare environment."

The category winners and overall winner of the Guild Pharmacy of the Year awards will be announced at the 2024 APP Conference, to be held on 14-17 Mar next year at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Queensland.
