YET another pharmacist has put their career in jeopardy to satisfy COVID-19 vaccine hesitant patients.
Geoffrey W Reynolds' decision to provide fraudulent vaccine certificates to two firefighters in East Wenatchee, Washington, led to him being fired by Walgreens.
In addition to losing his job, Reynolds now faces sanctions from the Department of Health Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission, including the possible suspension or cancellation of his licence.
The Commission has charged Reynolds with unprofessional conduct.
Local police are investigating claims that Reynolds may have provided fake COVID vaccination records to 20 or more patients, The Wenatchee World reported.
