THE Pharmacy Board of Victoria
has released a new application
form for the approval of pharmacy
premises.
The new 17-page form must be
used for all applications lodged on
or after 01 June 2010, and requires
applicants to provide extensive
detail of their planned premises
including information on counselling
and professional services areas.
