batch of methotrexate because
there have been a small number of
reports of damaged vials and there
are concerns, therefore, that there
is potential for a lack of sterility
assurance.
The Class 2 recall (within
48 hours) is being managed
in conjunciton with the UK’s
Medicines and Healthcare Products
Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and
