NSW Pharmacy Tribunal, with
decisions finalised in September.
Susan Shaffer (PD 15 May) was
reprimanded for Unsatisfactory
Professional Conduct and
Professional Misconduct after
being found to have dispensed S4
medications to US patients without
a valid prescription.
Margaret Hinde, as a result
of a dangerous driving criminal
conviction due to impairment
from alcohol abuse, was found
to be Not a suitable person to
hold registration in Pharmacy
profession, with conditions placed
on both pharmacists by the
Pharmacy Board of Australia with
