Symbion to supply all Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse stores.
EBOS Group has just announced a “strategic investment” in the Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse brand, through the EBOS Symbion pharmacy business.
EBOS ceo Patrick Davies said the investment paves the way for the wholesale supply of pharmaceuticals by Symbion to all of the group’s stores, as well as the future development of the brand’s franchise network.
Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse will in turn “leverage Symbion’s retail expertise and state-of-the-art supply chain systems to reduce costs and improve efficiencies at each store,” Davies said.
“Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse is a very successful discount format in the marketplace,” he added.
“There is certainly strong potential for further growth, and we see the partnership being able to accelerate the expansion of the brand across Australia.”
Currently there are 47 Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse stores across NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.
The investment was settled today, with Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse md Anthony Yap saying the deal “is a great endorsement of the hard work that has been put in by our team over the past 13 years.”
