but a recent investigation in Canada
revealed some variations.
The Acetaminophen Report is the
most recent summary of the issue,
acetaminophen being the US and
Canadian name for paracetamol.
The summary stated that one
in five of acetaminophen-related
liver injuries reported to Canada
Vigilance mentioned doses within
the recommended range (i.e., less
than 4 g per day).
