MSD in Australia has announced
that the new Nasonex Allergy
Nasal Spray (mometasone furoate)
for limited Allergic Rhinitis (AR),
is available over the counter as
a Schedule 2 (S2) medicine from
mid-July.
The product has an identical
formulation to the prescription
Nasonex, with 50 μgm per actuation.
Dosage instructions are also
identical for the same AR patients
