Macular degeneration

Macular Degeneration Awareness Week is coming up, from 25 to 31 May. Macular degeneration is the leading cause of blindness in Australia and the annual event is designed to raise awareness and encourage people over 50 (most at risk) to have their eyes tested and macula checked, the Macular Degeneration Foundation said.
