Guild constitution

THE Pharmacy Guild of Australia has made a few minor changes to its constitution, reflecting the shift from ‘The Workplace Relations Act’ to the ‘Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009’. Other changes include the replacement of the title ‘Industrial Registrar’ in section 27 (Referendum) with the title ‘General Manager of Fair Work Australia’ -see guild.org.au.
