Pfizer and Bristol-Myers Squibb have welcomed the PBS listing of Eliquis (apixaban) on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme from 01 Aug, for the treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, and prevention of recurrent venous thromboembolism.
