EBOS Group this morning cryptically advised the Australian Stock Exchange that Peter Kraus "has ceased to be a director of the company pursuant to operation of the provisions of the company's constitution".
Kraus has been associated with EBOS for 27 years since being appointed to the company's board in 1990, with the directors wishing him well for the future.
Previously a major shareholder in the company, Kraus still holds 3.5 million EBOS shares worth about $60 million.
