The Royal Society of Public
Health is pushing for this idea to
become a reality, saying it would
help the growing obesity crisis.
Snacking on a 171 calorie packet
of chips? That will be 19 minutes
of jogging, 23 minutes of cycling
or 13 minutes of swimming to
burn that off! Take your pick.
It could come in handy, but
surely there are times it’s the last
thing you’d want to think about.

only to be reminded that will be
two hours of non-stop sprinting to
avoid weight gain.

as consuming the recommended
6,000 calories a day to feed the
unborn quintuplets to going to
the bathroom an unenviable “12
times a night”.
