THE Therapeutic Goods Administration has warned that a product labelled Bittermelon Slimming Capsules, purchased online by a number of Australians, contains the undeclared substance sibrutamine - the active ingredient in Reductil which was withdrawn in Oct 2010 after a study showed an increased risk of major cardiac events - see tga.gov.au.
