THE American Pharmacists
Association was last week forced to
temporarily take its pharmacist.com
website offline, after staff learned
its computer servers “had been
accessed by an unauthorised
person or person”.
The site was “defaced” on Mon 28
May, and an investigation also
indicates that some user data such
as names, physical addresses and
email addresses was stolen.
